WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
When buying a prodict at Wieleroutfits, one can assume it a solid product with good quality. Therefore, Wieleroutfits offers 1 year warranty. A customer is entitled to warrenty if the defective product is caused by an product-, material- or constructionerror. The product can be repaired or exchanged in consultation with our supplier and/or the manufacturer. Any damage caused by improper use obviously does not meet the guarantee regulations.
A product does not meet the guarantee regulations when damage is caused by:
- Intent or negligence;
- Injudicious use or negligent maintenance;
- Normal wear;
- Damage caused by non-observance of the instructions or washing instructions.

Not satisfied with your delivered product? Please contact us right away by e-mail or phone. The product can be exchanged or returnered whereby your purchase amount will be deposit.

We will try to reply within two workday's and we will try our very best to solve your compliant.
